Qigong (Chee-gong), an ancient Chinese practice, is recognized as a branch of alternative health care by the National Institute of Health (NIH)) and is based on the same principles as acupuncture.  Qigong is one of the many powerful modalities available to help people achieve a balanced state of health.  While deep in the subconscious, transformation can occur.

Qigong has been found to improve cardiovascular function, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic and digestive functions.

This is a no-physical-touch session. I will then let you know what I find, and recommend with simple, easy to follow Qi-tips for self-healing.

Qigong consists of both Active Exercise and Meditative Exercise.

Qigong can be practiced by all fitness levels because exercises can be done standing, sitting, or lying down.
